End of Tenancy Process
We manage exit inspections by comparing the property with the entry report and documenting any damage. We coordinate repairs, verify completion, and handle deposit processing to close tenancy smoothly.
Our Management Fee
We charge 10% of monthly rent only, with no hidden charges. You pay for management only — clear, simple, and transparent.
